We provide a home-like environment that supports long-term recovery from Substance Use Disorders. Participation in our program can last anywhere from six months to 2+ years. During the first 30 days, new participants are on the buddy system for support in learning their way around town, house procedures, and attending daily meetings; more experienced participants practice giving back by stepping into this leadership role for newcomers.
Attending Intensive Outpatient classes at PORT Human Services will take approximately one and a half to three months to complete. This program assures at our participants are learning skills and knowledge to empower a new lifestyle. After completing IOP classes residents are guided toward the most appropriate community partner, whether it is Vocational Rehabilitation, the VOLT Center, or others, to assist them in finding employment.
Our service fees are $400.00 a month. If you are considering applying but do not have an income or savings, have no fear, we do not turn people away for being unable to pay.
